Terms of Service

JT GEO provides software tools for search engine optimization (SEO), generative engine optimization (GEO), answer engine optimization (AEO), YouTube and app store analysis, competitor comparison, AI visibility tracking, and related reporting features.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will use reasonable efforts to provide notice of material changes that adversely affect paid subscribers.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account credentials secure. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement and have authority to enter into these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, pose security risks, or remain inactive for extended periods, subject to applicable law.

JT GEO offers free and paid subscription tiers. Feature availability, usage limits, and analysis quotas are described on our pricing page and may change with notice.

Pro subscriptions are available on monthly and yearly billing cycles. Paid features activate after successful purchase verification through our billing provider.

Subscription benefits are tied to your account and license key where applicable. Sharing accounts or license keys outside your organization in violation of plan terms is prohibited.

Payments for Pro plans are processed by Gumroad, Inc. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Gumroad's applicable terms and policies. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated and may be subject to applicable taxes.

You authorize our billing partner to charge your selected payment method for recurring subscriptions until you cancel. Failure to pay may result in downgrade or suspension of Pro features.

Because the Service delivers immediate access to digital analysis tools and reports, all sales are generally final once Pro access has been activated, except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout.

If you believe you were charged in error or cannot access Pro features after a verified purchase, contact us at the email below within fourteen (14) days of the charge. We will review your request and, where appropriate, coordinate with our payment provider.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction.

The Service, including software, design, branding, documentation, and proprietary scoring methodologies, is owned by Jacobo Tech and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service.

You retain ownership of content you submit (such as URLs and project names). You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide and improve the Service.

Analysis reports generated for you are provided for your internal business use. You may export reports where the product allows, but you may not misrepresent our scores as official guarantees of search or AI ranking outcomes.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Analysis scores, visibility estimates, and recommendations are informational tools based on automated evaluation of available signals. They do not guarantee search rankings, AI citations, traffic, revenue, or commercial outcomes. You are solely responsible for decisions made based on Service output.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JACOBO TECH, ITS AFFILIATES, AND SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (USD $50).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using the Service at any time. You may request account deletion by contacting support.

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if continued provision poses security or legal risk. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, but provisions that by nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will remain in effect.

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. We will post revised Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes to Terms affecting paid users will be communicated through reasonable means.

Your continued use of the Service after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Company, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
